LottoLuck is currently in its Phase 1 Free Trial. All credits are issued to players completely free of charge — there is nothing to purchase. You play exactly the same way as everyone else: pick numbers, enter every draw, win credits, and appear on the Winners board just like any other player.
The only restriction: free credits and winnings from free-credit bets cannot be cashed out. Gameplay is otherwise identical.
All free trial credit balances will be deleted prior to the official launch.
During the Free Trial period, credits are issued to your account at no cost — you're ready to play immediately. Once the trial ends and LottoLuck officially launches, you will top up via your local LottoLuck Agent using cash, bank transfer, or crypto. LottoLuck is played in local currency around the world — your credits are valued in the currency of your country.
Choose 3 numbers (01–25). Each pick costs 1 credit. Place as many picks as you like before the admin runs the draw.
Match the draw numbers to win. Exact order = 35× · Any order = 15× · 2 of 3 numbers = 5×. Winnings are credited instantly after every draw.

The Powerball is an optional side game that runs alongside every hourly draw — no separate draw needed. When the 3 main balls are drawn, each ball is randomly assigned one of 20 vibrant colors. Pick a color and a number between 01 and 25. If your chosen color AND number both appear on the same drawn ball, you win the jackpot.

Earn credits simply by referring friends to LottoLuck — with a powerful two-tier system:
Tier 1 — 10% Credit Purchase Commission — Every time someone you directly referred buys credits, you automatically receive 10% of the credits they purchase, added instantly to your account.
Tier 2 — 5% Credit Purchase Commission — When someone referred by one of your referrals buys credits, you also earn 5% of those credits — automatically, with no extra effort.

These are illustrative estimates. Actual earnings depend on how much your referred players spend. There is no upper limit — the more active your network, the more you earn.
Pick Format
You must pick exactly 3 digits, each between 01 and 25. Duplicates are allowed (e.g., 01 - 01 - 23 is valid).
Multiple Picks Allowed
You can place as many picks as you want before the draw is run. Each pick costs 1 credit (before custom bet amounts).
Custom Bet Amounts
Increase your bet on any pick (1 credit minimum). Higher bets multiply your potential winnings proportionally.
Betting Before Draw
You can place picks at any time. Picks placed within 5 minutes of a draw are automatically entered into the next hourly draw — so your bet is never lost. A new draw opens immediately after each one completes.
Draw Timing
Draws run every hour on the hour — 24/7. Winning numbers are selected to optimise the draw outcome and posted immediately after each draw.
Winning Conditions
Exact Match (35:1) — Your three digits match the draw in the exact same order. Any Order Match (15:1) — Your three digits match the draw in any order. 2 of 3 Match (5:1) — Any two of your three digits appear in the winning numbers.
Instant Payouts
Winnings are credited to your account immediately after the draw. Check your History to see all results and payouts.
Cashing Out Your Credits
You can cash out your credits via bank transfer, PayPal, crypto, or cash through a local agent. Only credits that were directly purchased by the player are eligible for cash-out — along with any winnings earned from bets placed using those purchased credits. Credits issued as part of the free trial or any complimentary top-up, and winnings from bets using those credits, are for gameplay only and cannot be cashed out. Payouts are processed exclusively in your local currency — foreign currency cashouts are not available. The minimum cashout is the equivalent of US$50 in your local currency. Simply choose your preferred payout method in your player dashboard and submit a cashout request. Cash-outs are subject to a 14-day hold from the date of sign-up — new players must wait 14 days before their first withdrawal.
Auto Bet
Enable Auto Bet from your player dashboard to automatically place a bet on every hourly draw without manual action. Choose between Quick Pick (random numbers each draw) or Fixed Numbers (the same lucky numbers every draw). Set your preferred credits per draw (minimum 1). Auto bets are only placed if you have sufficient credits — no overdraft occurs. You can enable or disable Auto Bet at any time from your dashboard.
No Refunds
Credits used to place picks are not refunded. All plays are final once submitted.
One Account Per Household
A maximum of 2 players are allowed to register from the same IP address. Any additional accounts registered from the same IP address will be flagged automatically and may be deleted and permanently banned from LottoLuck.
Draw Method
Winning numbers are selected from the range 01–25 to optimise each draw outcome. All results are posted immediately and transparently after every draw.
🎱 Powerball Jackpot
The Powerball is an optional side game. Pick a color and a number (01–25). Each of the 3 drawn balls is randomly assigned one of 20 colors. If your chosen color AND number both match the same drawn ball, you win 50× your Powerball bet. No separate draw — it runs directly from the 3-ball result. You can enter Powerball standalone or add it to a regular 3-ball pick.
