1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the LottoLuck platform ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be a minimum of 18 years to play LottoLuck. By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction). You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable local, regional, and national laws. LottoLuck reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be in violation of this policy.

3. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activity conducted under your account.

4. Free Trial Period

LottoLuck is currently operating in a Phase 1 Free Trial. During this period, all credits are issued to players free of charge to allow them to test and understand how the game works. No credit purchases are available during the free trial phase. The following conditions apply to the free trial:

• Identical Gameplay: Players with free trial credits participate in all draws, win credits, and appear on the Winners board on exactly the same terms as all other players. There is no distinction in how the game is played.
• No Cash Value: Free trial credits have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of payment.
• No Cash-Outs: Free credits and any jackpots or winnings accumulated from bets funded by free credits cannot be cashed out under any circumstances.
• Balance Deletion: All free trial credit balances, including any winnings, will be permanently deleted prior to the official launch of LottoLuck. Players will start the official launch with a zero balance.
• Purpose: The free trial period exists to allow players to experience the full LottoLuck game, build their network, and prepare for the official launch.
• Duration: LottoLuck will notify players in advance of the official launch date and the end of the free trial period.

5. Credits and Payments

Credits purchased on the platform are non-refundable except where required by law. LottoLuck is played in local currency around the world — all betting, purchases, and credit valuations are processed in the local currency of your registered country. Winnings are credited to your account balance and may be withdrawn subject to our cashout policy.

Cash-Out Policy

• Eligible Credits Only: Only credits that were directly purchased by the player are eligible for cash-out. This includes credits purchased from a LottoLuck Agent and any jackpots or winnings earned from bets placed using those purchased credits.
• Complimentary Credits — Not Cashable: Credits issued free of charge — including credits issued during the free trial period, welcome credits, and any complimentary top-ups — cannot be cashed out under any circumstances. Jackpots and winnings earned from bets funded by complimentary credits are also not eligible for cash-out. Complimentary credits may only be used to place bets. Players with complimentary credits participate in all draws on the same terms as all other players.
• 14-Day Sign-Up Hold: Players must wait a minimum of 14 days after account registration before requesting a cash-out. This hold period applies to all new accounts regardless of balance or winnings.
• Minimum Withdrawal Amount: The minimum cashout amount is US$50 or the equivalent in your local currency. Withdrawal requests below this minimum will not be processed.
• Local Currency Only: All payouts are processed exclusively in your local currency. LottoLuck does not pay out in foreign currencies. Players may not request cashouts in a currency other than their registered country's local currency.
• Available Methods: Cash-outs are done by the Game Master and may be processed via bank transfer or PayPal. In some instances, cash payouts may be done through a local LottoLuck agent, subject to availability in your region.
• Game Master Responsibility: The Game Master is fully responsible for all cashout approvals and disbursements. LottoLuck Agents are not responsible for paying out player winnings under any circumstances.
• Processing: Cash-out requests are reviewed and paid out using the method selected at the time of the request. No identity documents are required.

6. Draws and Payouts

Draws are conducted every hour, 24/7. Picks placed within 5 minutes of a draw are automatically entered into the next draw. The payout ratios for the 3-Ball Draw are as follows:

• Exact Order Match (35:1): All three of your chosen numbers match the drawn numbers in the exact same order. You receive 35× your wager.
• Any Order Match (15:1): All three of your numbers match the drawn numbers in any order. You receive 15× your wager.
• 2 of 3 Match (5:1): Any two of your three chosen numbers appear in the winning draw. You receive 5× your wager.

LottoLuck reserves the right to void any draw affected by technical malfunction or fraud.

6a. Powerball Jackpot — Side Game

The Powerball Jackpot is an optional side game that runs in parallel with every hourly draw. Players may participate independently of the 3-Ball Draw or alongside it.

• How to Play: Select one number between 01 and 36, and one color from the available 20-color palette. A Powerball result (random color + random number) is drawn alongside every main draw.
• Winning Condition: Both your selected color AND your selected number must exactly match the drawn Powerball result. Partial matches (color only or number only) do not win.
• Powerball Jackpot Payout (50:1): If your color and number both match, you receive 50× your Powerball wager, credited instantly to your account.
• Independent Betting: The Powerball bet is placed and settled independently from any 3-Ball Draw pick. You may add a Powerball selection to an existing pick or place a Powerball-only bet.
• Bet Amount: A minimum of 1 credit is required per Powerball bet. Higher bets increase potential winnings proportionally.
• No Refunds: All Powerball bets are final once placed. Credits wagered are non-refundable.
• Voiding: LottoLuck reserves the right to void any Powerball result affected by technical malfunction, error, or fraud.

7. Referral Commission Program

LottoLuck operates a referral commission program available to all registered players and agents. Commissions apply only to real credit purchases — initial credit advances issued to agents upon sign-up do not qualify.

• Tier 1 — Direct Referral Credit Purchase (10%): When you refer a player or agent and they purchase credits, you automatically receive 10% of the credits they purchase, credited instantly to your account. Example: You refer Mary — every time Mary buys credits, you earn 10% of that purchase.
• Tier 2 — Indirect Referral Credit Purchase (5%): When someone referred by one of your direct referrals purchases credits, you automatically receive 5% of those credits — with no extra effort required. Example: Mary refers John — every time John buys credits, you earn 5%.
• Win Commission (10%): In addition to the 10% Tier 1 credit purchase commission, you also earn 10% of any draw winnings collected by players you have directly referred.
• Eligibility: The referral relationship is established permanently at the time of the referred user's registration using your unique referral code or link. Both players and agents may participate.
• No Cap: There is no limit on the total referral commissions you may earn or the number of people you may refer.
• Fraud Prevention: LottoLuck reserves the right to withhold or reverse referral commissions where fraudulent activity, self-referral, or abuse of the referral system is detected. Accounts found in violation may be suspended.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in fraud, manipulation, collusion, or any activity that could unfairly exploit the Service. Violations may result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

9. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your personal information publicly.

10. Limitation of Liability

LottoLuck is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
